2024 QUEER ART SALON SUBMISSIONS
This is a survey exhibition of LGBTQ+ artists based in the Washington, DC area. There is no specific theme or topic that your works must touch on; we want to showcase the range of amazing Queer artists in the region.
Artists can submit up to three pieces for consideration. We are asking for pieces to be no more than 40” on the longest side, but please contact us if you have something bigger that you think would be a great fit or if your piece is not wall based.
Artworks that are for sale are subject to a 25% commission (75% artist/25% Queer Art Salon), but artwork is not required to be for sale.
Artist Notification: May 29, 2024
Drop-off dates: Sunday, June 2 from 12- 6 pm, Monday, June 3 from 2-8 pm, and Tuesday, June 4 from 10 am - 2 pm
Exhibition Dates: June 6 - June 30, with a possibility of extending until July 7. Please only submit works that can be available through July 7.
Opening Reception: Thursday, June 6 from 6-9 pm
